India needs GST like federal structure for health care and agriculture sector, says Finance Minister Arun Jaitley

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley today said that the country needs a GST like federal structure for health care and 
agriculture sector.
Addressing the CII health summit in New Delhi today, Mr Jaitley said, both states and Centre are spending separately in health care.
He said, all these need to be merged to make health care accessible and affordable.
Mr Jaitley said, Ayushman Bharat will gain pace resulting in patients realising their rights and medical facilities improving their healthcare delivery system.
