Union Minister of State for Finance, Anurag Singh Thakur has said that India’s economic growth rate is absolutely strong.
Addressing an interaction program organized under the joint aegis of CBIC, CBDT and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) at Raipur on 09th March, Mr Thakur assured that the problems of traders and industrialists will be overcome.
The Minister appealed to the people to use Bhima UPI digital platform for banking transactions. He said that more than one lakh crore rupees GST has been collected in last four consecutive months.
Mr Thakur said that the Central Government is introducing Taxpayer Charter. It will empower citizens by ensuring time-bound services by the Income-Tax Department.
