New Delhi: ISOL Foundation (Integrating Spirituality and Organizational Leadership Foundation) announces the 5th International Conference on Integrating Spirituality and Organizational leadership to be held in Chicago. The conference is going to take place during September 10-15, 2015.

Towards the last decades of the twentieth century, there was a major drift in the attitudes and behavior of Organizations, organs of government and in different spheres of life indicating a deviation from established societal norms, ethics  and public accountability. Collapse of government’s fiscal machinery, led to undue behavior in the policy making, thus, surfaced the misappropriations and corrupt practices of policy makers and delivering systems, leading to public discontent and mass movements. Political stability of many smaller and medium states turned out to be a big question. All these made many of us think on the reasons, as to why the theories of modern business management schools failed in less than half a century.

ISOL Foundation humbly attempts to bring the academicians, environmentalists, spiritualists, thinkers, scientists and representations from business houses, business associations and civil societies on one platform to deliberate and discuss the subject- “Spirituality for Global Economic Development” during ISOL 2015 in Chicago.

ISOL 2015 aspires to again bring together the corporate leaders, academicians, representations from Governmental organizations and non – governmental organizations etc. from USA, Europe, Australia, Africa, Middle East and Asia to systematically explore the nature, determination and implications of the spiritual dimensions of global economic development. The central theme of the deliberations is to address the ethical and moral value that needs to be reinforced for a healthy business environment that is sustainable for individual, societal and economic growth.

ISOL Foundation is inviting scholars across the globe to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentation. We would be happy to welcome proposals for symposia and panel discussions on the various tracks as mentioned on conference website .

Paper presentation is open for students, corporate leaders, academicians, representations from Governmental organizations and non – governmental organizations etc.
