  • Jakson in association with Cummins India launches its first Global Training Center & Service Facility in India

    New Delhi :  Jakson Power Solutions, a leading Power Solutions company in India along with Cummins, a global leader that designs, manufactures and distributes, engines, generator sets, and related components and technologies, today announced the launch of its first Global Training Center and Service facility in India. The facility, a first of its kind in the country, has been set up to impart comprehensive training on Cummins manufactured electronic engines up to 3000 kVA.

    Equipped with world-class technical expertise and skill development capabilities, the facilityaims atenhancing end-user experience by providingin-depth training to engineers and technicians of Cummins Distributor Network and end-users on future generation engines and generator sets from Cummins. With a capacity to train 1200 engineers and technicians annually,the facility will provide training solutions on the entire range of the latest Quantum Series from Cummins.The training center is equipped with modern training rooms, a library, an electronics lab and a full-fledged hands-on training area with tear-down engines, live generator sets and display models.

    Built over an area of over 86,000 sq. ft., the facilityalso houses a world class Service Center which would offer a host of service solutions to its customers.

    Inaugurating the facility, Pamela Carter, President- Distribution Business, Cummins Inc. said, “The opening of the Global Training Center in India is yet another initiative in keeping with our collective commitment to partner with our customers to help them succeed.
