Hyderabad :Hyderabad Regional Chapter of IIID—Institute of Indian Interior Designers, the apex body for the field of Interior Design in India today celebrated its 23rd Foundation Day, Jalsa-2019 here in the city on Saturday night at Hotel ITC Kohenur, Madhapur, informed APARNA, Chairperson of IIID Hyderabad Chapter.

Welcoming the gathering APARNA, Chairperson said it is one of the biggest chapters in India and it is a family affair.

300 members comprises of architects, interior designers, trade members and educationists came on a single platform to celebrate the occasion

To mark the occasion and celebrate the same a fashion was organised. Members, their souses and kids walked in the ramp. The show had 45 members and 22kids participanted in four sequences—Royal, James Bond etc

The winners of sports —Cricket, Shuttle, Table Tennis, Carrom competitions held in the last week of March were given away prizes. Several cultural programs held. These include dance and singing by members and their families.

Hyderabad is one of the 31 regional chapters and Centers of IIID. The Hyderabad Regional Chapter founded in the year 1996 has about 600 members on its rolls.  IIID nationally has 6800 members from across the country
