  • JCB launches 12 New, Made-in-India, Made-for-the-World Machines

    Mumbai :  JCB India Ltd., India’s largest manufacturer of construction equipment today introduced 12 new, innovative and Made-in-India, Made-for-the-World Machines. This is the biggest launch ever held in the Construction Equipment industry in India.

    As part of the launch JCB India Ltd., also unveiled JCB Livelink – an innovative technology which allows the user to remotely monitor the machine.

JCB Livelink is an advance telematics system which provides information on Service, Operation and Security of machines.” said Mr. Vipin Sondhi, Managing Director & CEO, JCB India Ltd. “Whether we’re providing you with a machine, after sales support, parts or finance, we aim for 100% satisfaction. It’s all part of our promise to put you, the customer, first.”

    JCB Livelink provides alerts on real time location, maintenance alerts, machine and fleet hours etc. putting the user in entire control of the machine from any location. It can assist in ensuring that the machines are operated at correct times and helps to protect them from theft.

    JCB introduced two new concept machines in India – a Telehandler (Loadall 530-70 and Loadall 530-110) and a Skid Steer (SSL 135 and SSL 155). Both the machines are built in India.

    Loadall is a world class material handling equipment which aims at mechanizing the handling processes across all Industries such as Agricultural Logistics, Construction, and Process Industry.

    JCB launched two variants of the Indian built SSL, also known as Robot. It is regarded as the safest SSL in the world!

    JCB’s flagship product Backhoe Loader is just getting better with each passing year.  JCB in India has the biggest range of Backhoe Loaders, “One for Everyone”. This range is developed to suit different user segment for their different application. Apart from JCB 3DX, JCB announced 3 major Variants of Backhoe Loaders – JCB 3DX Xtra, JCB 3DX Super and JCB 4DX.

    In the JCB Heavyline segment, multiple new products have been introduced. JCB renewed its world class range of Tracked Excavators with Industry leading cab, structure, reliability and fuel efficiency. During the launch, JCB unveiled three new variants – JS 30, JS120 and JS81.

    JCB also introduced new variants in the Wheeled Loader (430ZX Plus) and Compactor (VMT330) segments.

    430ZX Plusis fitted with the new Ashok Leyland “H” series engine. 430ZX Plus is regarded as the most reliable and fuel efficient Wheel Loader.

    With its higher compaction forces, fuel efficient engine & hydraulics system, the VMT330 is all set to re-define a new level of performance and fuel efficiency in the Mini Rollers segment.

    The following Livelink elements are the key to maximize the machine productivity:

    ·        Service – Accurate Hours Monitoring leads to improved maintenance planning as machines can be maintained at the most convenient time for your operation

    ·        Operation – The Fuel Reporting System enables operators to see actual fuel consumption, improving control of fuel stocks and planning of fuel orders

    ·        Security – enables the user to track the location and also receive the tow away alerts

    ·        Remotely monitor machine health for any malfunction

    ·        Identify and remove wasteful idle time, improving utilisation and cutting fuel costs
