  • Hyderabad:  300 bedded, upscale, Multi Super Specialty Hospital – KIMS is now NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) Accredited. Disclosing this in a press note issued today Dr. B. Bhaskar Rao – Managing Director, CEO and Cardiothoracic Surgeon of KIMS Hospital informed that they just received the communication confirming it the accreditation.

    KIMS is one of the 98 hospitals out of hundreds and thousands hospitals in the country to have NABH accreditation. And it is the eighth hospital in the state of Andhra Pradesh to get the accreditation. The accreditation is granted for three years after which its standards will be reviewed.

    In an emergency you go to a nearest hospital. But, when you have time, how do you decide a good hospital? NABH helps patients to seek very good medical care in the country.

    After grueling inspection for 14 days, NABH Accreditation is confirmed to KIMS as a centre for excellence. Safety Quality Healthcare, accountability are hallmarks of KIMS. Right from its inception, KIMS left no stone unturned to deliver the same to its patients.

    Worldwide, the Standardization of Healthcare Delivery System has become the focus. In India health care delivery system has remained largely fragmented and uncontrolled. NABH is a constituent board of Quality Council of India, set up to establish and operate accreditation Programme for healthcare organizations.
