  • Kokuyo Camlin `Makes Learning Fun’ for Kids on Children’s Day

    Mumbai :  Kokuyo Camlin Limited (Earlier Camlin Limited) – the pioneering and leading Children’s Day was celebrated by Kokuyo Camlin at their office in Andheri. Mr. A. Srikanth, Chief Executive Officer of Kukuyo Camlin interacting with underprivileged children and handing out gstationery and art material manufacturer of the country celebrated Children’s Day with underprivileged kids by organizing various initiatives in the city.

    Kokuyo Camlin invited the kids to the Camlin Head Office at Andheri in Mumbai.  Mr. A Srikanth, CEO, Kokuyo Camlin, interacted with the kids. There was a puppet show that had an interesting theme — `Swachh Bharat’ – which emphasized on the theme of cleanliness and hygiene — inculcating the values of keeping the surrounding clean. The kids then took part in fun and games that were organized especially for them where they met with the Chhota Bheem mascot who entertained the kids and posed for photographs with them.

    The kids were then treated to a sumptuous lunch which was followed by a movie –`Happy New Year’ at a local cinema house.  Taking the celebration a step further in the social media space, Kokuyo Camlin invited kids to participate in a contest on Facebook, wherein kids were asked to air their views on “How To Make Learning Fun”.  There also was a viral video uploaded on a workshop conducted on the same topic on `How To Make Learning Fun’

    Mr. Saumitra Prasad, Chief Marketing Officer, Kokuyo Camlin said, “We are thrilled to be associated with various Children Day initiatives.  Kokuyo Camlin is committed to ensuring that Underprivileged Children celebrating Children’s Day with the Kokuyo Camlin staffs at Kokuyo Camlin office at Andheri.kids enjoy themselves while learning. We have decided to dedicate Children’s Day to make learning fun through various initiatives and hope it will further instill our philosophy that learning should be fun. I wish all the kids a very happy Children’s day.”

    Kokuyo Camlin also released a television commercial on Camlin Crayon and Mechanical Pencil with a 10 seconds extension wishing kids a very Happy Children’s Day. There was also a tie-up with a leading mainline publication wherein kids were asked to pen an essay on `How To Make Learning Fun’.

    All in All — kids had a whale of time through the various Kokuyo Camlin initiatives —How To Make Learning Fun.
