  • KTR unveils brochure for India’s First Exclusive Green Property Show

    Hyderabad  : Indian Green Building Council (IGBC), with the support of Government of Telangana, is pleased to announce the release of the brochure for the first ever IGBC Green Property Show 2023. The brochure was unveiled today by Shri K T Rama Rao, Hon’ble Minister for IT, Industries, MA & UD, Govt. of Telangana along with Shri T Harish Rao, Hon’ble Minister of Medical Health and Finance Department, Govt. of Telangana with Mr C Sekhar Reddy, Chairman, CII Telangana & Chairman, IGBC Hyderabad Chapter representing IGBC. Also present were Mr. Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Principal Secretary, Department of Commerce & Industries Govt. of Telangana and Mr EV Narasimha Reddy, VC & MD, TSIIC.

    This Green Property show was announced by Shri K T Rama Rao during the launch of Telangana’s Cool Roof Policy.

    Speaking about the property show, Mr C Sekhar Reddy, Chairman, CII Telangana & Chairman, IGBC Hyderabad Chapter representing IGBC said, “The IGBC Green Property Show is an exclusive event to showcase IGBC Green Certified and Pre-Certified Projects, along with green products, technologies, and services, emphasizing the importance of sustainable living and green building practices. The IGBC Green Property Show, a first-of-its-kind event conceptualized by IGBC, aims to sensitize and motivate prospective buyers to invest in a greener future by choosing IGBC Certified or Pre-Certified Green Projects over conventional buildings.
