Ms. Rosenyn Kapur, Managing Director & CEO, Kwakids Learning Pvt. At Kidville, our aim is to make learning, a fun-filled process while providing exposure and education through practical experiences. .”

The decision to set-up Kwakids and to take-up the franchise rights for Kidville was prompted by the results thrown up by a study of ‘online child related search trends’ which showed that over 27 million child-related searches were conducted on Google in the month of September 2011. The top three searches were related to Child Development (11 million), Child Education (8.2 million) and Child Health (8.2 million).

Mr. Rammy Harwood, Founder & President, Kidville Inc, USA speaking on the occasion said, “I am happy to see Kidville spread its wings in India. Research shows that the Indian audiences are keen to know about newer and better means of giving their children a better life. We are excited to help change and bring in new concepts of learning with fun, education and skills to each child and develop them to a different level.”

In the Google Search Trends for the month of September’11, Child development and related words accounted for over 0.5% of search traffic by women and was amongst the top 10 areas for online research by women in India. Of the 1.3 billion searches per month in India, roughly 11.8 million searches were on child development.

A look at the keywords used in searches in a month**, ‘Child Education’ tops the list with 940,000 searches followed by ‘Edu Games for Kids’ at 823,000 searches and ‘for children games’ at 110,000 searches. The fact that apart from education, child development, games and activities occupy the top 10 slots amongst keywords shows that today’s parent understands the importance and contribution of games and activities in the overall enrichment of a child.

Kidville is a one stop facility for all families, which, in addition to enrichment classes and an indoor playground, also features a retail boutique with ready-to-wear clothing from designers like Gaurav Gupta and Maya Nocon of Kidology, various international brands such as Zoggs for the Swimwear and Swim Accessories and dress up costumes for Kids.
