Mumbai September 30: Legasis, India’s leading Legaltech firm, today announced the appointment of Arijit Sen as the Chief Business Officer.

Arijit comes with more than 2 decades of experience in the areas of Operations, CX, Product Management, P&L, Business Incubators, M&A and Tech Platform management.  He has worked in the Banking (Retail & Private), IT, FMCG, Media and Consulting across organizations like American Express, ICIC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Future Group in senior management and leadership roles.  He was the EVP and Head of Business Process Reengineering and Service Quality at Kotak Bank in his last assignment. Prior to that he was the Chief Operating Officer for Future Sharp Skills (a Future Group & NSDC JV).  Arijit has been an entrepreneur as well and had created his brand, AlterEGO, a boutique consulting and implementation firm focussed accelerating Social Enterprises. He is a postgraduate in Cognitive Sciences and an alumnus of the Prince of Wales Business & Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge.

Arijit brings a very keen sense of understanding of Products, Platforms and People across digital, marketing and Customer Experience.  He will be leading the Business Growth and Customer Support across all product lines and will also double up as the CMO of the firm and build the enterprise level synergies on Customer 360.

He will be based out of our corporate office in BKC, Mumbai.
