Mumbai  :The iAzure Authorised Apple Store at Hill Road in Bandra launched the new iPhone XS and XS Max today amidst great excitement. The phones, positioned as the most advanced iPhones ever, are planned with a vision for taking the future of the smartphone to a new level and were launched at 6 pm as per Apple’s international guidelines. The loyalty and interest in the brand was apparent with a large number of footfalls from customers seeking to get a first look at the new products.

Adding to the glamour quotient, was the presence of living legend, Asha Bhosle  and Mrs. Madhuri Dixit-Nene. Mrs. Dixit-Nene was at the event to make a donation to Nanhi Kali, a project initiated by the Mahindra Educational Trust, with the aim of providing primary education to underprivileged girl children in India. Mrs. Asha Bhosle on the other hand attended to show support to her grand daughter– Zanai Bhosle’s business venture.

A simultaneous Garage Band workshop at the store, led by a professional musician showed budding musicians how to use the free software to create their own music tracks.

Says Anuja Bhosle, Director, iAzure, Hill Road, “Apple revolutionised personal technology with the introduction of the Macintosh in 1984. Today, Apple leads the world in innovation with iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch and Apple TV. Our vision at the iAzure store is to give the ultimate Apple experience. We ensure timely delivery of Apple’s latest products and exemplary service to all our clients.”

Speaking of the association with Nanhi Kali she said, “We have always supported the work of Nanhi Kali because we believe that educated women not only contribute to the economy themselves but also will help get much needed attention to issues of population and social evils like the dowry system and nurture those values in the generation that follows. “

A lucky draw for winners of a radio contest compered by RJ Anmol, on Radio Nashagot them some cool Fit Bits and a chance to Meet and Greet with Asha Bhosle.

Said Asha Bhosle “I am very proud of my granddaughter Zanai Bhosle whose brainchild this venture is. Not just does she believe in the business, but she also believes in giving back to society. She has been sponsoring education of under privileged girls every year through Nanhi Kali”.

All those who attended the evening were also gifted a Spider Plant, a thoughtful touch by the organisers as the plant acts as a natural air purifier by removing up to 90% of formaldehyde in the air surrounding them.
