Mumbai : Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Limited (MHRIL), India’s leading leisure hospitality brand, invites children across India to contribute to the creation of the country’s first travel e-zine for children, called ‘Teddy Travelogues’. This quarterly e-magazine will use digital crowdsourcing to source content from children of existing and potential members of Club Mahindra.

These will appear under eight categories – My Family Holiday, Holiday Stories, My Favorite Travel Companion, Young Traveler, The Rhyme Journey, Why Travel?, Holidoodle and Delicious Diary.

The call for entries is open until October 15, 2014 to children between 4-7 years and 8-12 years. To be part of this exciting e-zine one can submit their entries to www.clubmahindra.com/teddytravelogues. Participants stand a chance of winning exciting prizes and getting published across categories and age groups including early bird prizes as well.

The entries will be shortlisted and judged by an eminent panel comprising renowned children’s author Ms. Neeru Nanda, popular TV actor Shakti Arora of ‘Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi” fame on Colors and celebrated photographer Radhakrishnan Chakyat.

Speaking on the occasion, Ms. Deepali Naair, Chief Marketing Officer, MHRIL said, “This is an industry first initiative by a leisure and hospitality brand in India to connect with families. We are delighted to announce the launch of this e-zine in order to encourage children and empower them. This pioneering initiative reinforces our commitment to providing an enhanced experience to children at our resorts and ensures we capture the magical moments that children have when they travel.”

The inaugural edition of the e-zine will be unveiled on November 14, celebrated across India as Children’s Day.
