    Ingredients

    • 10-12 Happilo Medjoul dates
    • 1 cup Happilo pecan nuts
    • 2  cups shredded coconut

    Directions

    1. In a bowl, start by pitting the dates and soaking them in warm water.
    2. Add the softened dates in a food processor along with pecan nuts.
    3. You can add a pinch of salt if you like and blend the ingredients well.
    4. You should look for a sticky, dough-like mixture.
    5. Add 1-2 tablespoons of this dough in your hands and roll them to make small balls.
    6. Roll these balls in shredded coconut to add a delightful flavour and texture.
    7. These will require 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator to set.
