New Delhi: With mother’s day approaching Marching Sheep, a leading HR advisory firm has launched its new program–‘Mothers@work’ that helps women to address challenges they face while navigating motherhood and professional aspirations.

With research now calling out that working mothers are 18% to 40% more stressed than others, it’s no wonder that women face significant challenges in balancing both home and work.
