  • Michellin Chef Jens Jakob to Present His Culinary Panache at Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat

    Mumbai :  Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa presents the Michelin Star-Chef Jens Jakob, who will showcase his Chef Jens Jakobexclusive cooking style of modern French-infused cuisine. From July 26 – 29, 2013, guests at the retreat located near Lonavala and Khandala and a short drive from Mumbai and Pune, will be able to enjoy the best of signature dishes prepared by the young chef while rejuvenating in the serene and breathtaking landscape of Shillim. Chef Jens will also present a special vegetarian menu option for vegans who wish to experience the unique culinary journey.

    Chef  Jakob is one of the many masters from various fields visiting Hilton Shillim Estate Retreat & Spa through the year as part of the retreat’s ‘Visiting Masters’ Programme’, an endeavour to indulge guests and facilitate the confluence of the arts, cultures, cuisines, policies and practices from around the world.
