  • Midas Hospitality and MC Hotel Construction Break Ground On Maryland Heights’ Hotel

    St. Louis, Mo:  MC Hotel Construction, a general contractor specializing in new hotel construction and renovations, recently broke ground on a new Residence Inn and Fairfield Inn & Suites.  Sister company Midas Hospitality, a premier hotel management group,

    Residence-Inn-and-Fairfieldwill manage the property, which is scheduled to be completed by June, 2017.

    The $25 million hotel will be located at 11918 Westline Industrial Dr. in Maryland Heights, Mo., which was the previous home of Clayton Engineering.  The 119,000-square-foot hotel will have 97 suites for the Residence Inn and 88 rooms for Fairfield Inn & Suites.  The property will feature a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor pool, meeting rooms, and backyard seating areas with a grill and gazebo.
