nessTEANECK, New Jersey:  Ness Technologies, a global provider of software product engineering services, business technology solutions and information technology services, today announced that its Software Engineering Services (SES) business unit has enhanced its go-to-market strategy to better enable its customers to differentiate themselves and improve their stakeholder value through highly-innovative solutions.

Ness SES’ forward-looking strategy is supported by enhanced IP development capabilities through substantial investments in mobility and big data, such as the recent acquisitions of digital design agency Imano and big data service integrator Zaponet. Coupled with a mature global delivery model supported by resources in North America, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and Israel, clients can expect an even stronger strategic partnership that will produce competitive solutions to increase revenue and deliver higher margins.

Ness SES’ commitment to its new strategy is supported by the appointment of Paul Madarasz as President of Ness SES. Paul has 30 years’ experience in the IT industry, starting with an early career at IBM followed by leadership positions as President of AIG Technologies, COO of Siemens Business Services, VP of The Wheatley Group, and most recently as General Manager of financial services and eastern business units at UST Global.

“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Madarasz as President of Ness SES,” said Ofer Segev, President and CEO of Ness Technologies. “Paul’s history of strategic innovation in the IT industry is a key asset for us as Ness SES implements this new go-to-market strategy that adds value to our current offerings, and enables clients to better differentiate themselves from their competition.”

The positive impact of Ness SES’ agile and product engineering IP capabilities on its customers is demonstrated by NessSMART®, a set of best practices providing a reference framework that is adapted to clients’ specific business objectives, technology environment, culture and constraints. NessSMART increases transparency into the software development process to provide better predictability, accelerating test, build and release automation by 12+ months, and giving Ness customers the competitive advantage of getting to market more quickly with a 30-100% increase in productivity and a 40-100% decrease in production defects.

“NessSMART is just one of Ness SES’ many intellectual property capabilities,” said Paul Madarasz. “I look forward to developing successful go-to-market strategies to provide our customers with expanded IP offerings leveraging Ness’ wealth of expertise in product engineering, business technology solutions and information technology services.”
