  • Mumbai: Randstad India, the global HR services company is hosting the fourth edition of the Randstad Award in New Delhi on 16th April, 2014. The Award ceremony will be a confluence of HR Heads and CXOs from large size companies across industry sectors such as IT, Auto, Banking & Finance, Public Sector, Consulting, Consumer Goods, Energy, Manufacturing, Retail, Travel & Hospitality sector. The Chief Guest Mr C.P. Gurnani, MD & CEO, Tech Mahindra and Mr. Paul van de Kerkhof, Chairman, Randstad India will grace the occasion.

    The Randstad Award program, instituted in the year 2000 was a major success since its launch and is considered to be very prestigious and coveted by employers. Launched in India in 2011, the Randstad Award program recognizes and honours the “Most Attractive Employer” to work for, based on the opinion of over 8,000 potential, as well as employed work force in India. The central theme of the Randstad Award program is to recognize and encourage companies to focus on the “Employer Brand” and position themselves well to attract and retain the best people.

    Randstad Award program is a noteworthy initiative where winners are selected by feedback from employed workforce and this provides an in-depth understanding of the industry and companies across 17 determining factors. Randstad Award in India is given to the “Most Attractive Employer” brand and will provide organizations with vital information for building their talent attraction and employee engagement strategies. Microsoft had bagged the “Most Attractive Employer” award the last three years. The other prominent companies who were the runners up and who won special recognition in the past were Sony India, HP India, TCS, Oracle India, Volkswagen, Ernst & Young, ONGC, SAIL, Taj Group, Nokia and L&T among others.
