  • Noida International University’s Prof. (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj conferred with India’s Most Impactful Vice-Chancellor 2021-2022 award

    The Vice-Chancellor of Noida International University (NIU), Prof. (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj has been awarded India’s Most Impactful Vice-Chancellor 2021-2022 award by Daily Indian Media during the EDUSTAR Leadership Awards 2022 event.

    Prof. Bhardwaj, who has a vast experience of 30 years, has been recognized for being the “most distinct and respected personalities in the education world and an inspiration for many”.

    “I am happy and honored to receive this award. I am elated that my efforts of making NIU one the most innovative University in the country. I want to thank the Hon’ble Chairman and Chancellor Sir, my family members, my dearest colleagues and students for supporting me in my endeavors. I just want to tell everyone that believe in yourself and keep doing the good work no matter if it’s getting recognized or not,” said Prof. (Dr.) Uma Bhardwaj, Vice-Chancellor, Noida International University.

    Prof. Bhardwaj is a seasoned professional in the education industry and is known for her pioneering ideas and student-centric approach. She held leadership positions in premier institutions prior to joining NIU. She is an implementer, who is able to successfully work both independently and as part of a team.

    Dr. Bhardwaj also has hands-on expertise in coordinating with statutory bodies for various accreditations, academic and administrative support services. She is an international author; books published by Pearson Publication, having patents and research publications in the high impact factor journals like “Nature”.
