United States: Nordson EFD has won the 2011 Service Excellence Award in the “Solder Paste for Electronics Assembly Material Suppliers” category. This is the 7th year Nordson EFD has won this prestigious award.

Sponsored by Circuits Assembly magazine, the Service Excellence Awards for Electronics Manufacturing Services Providers and Electronics Assembly Suppliers honor companies that excel in the crucial area of customer service. The program, now in its 19th year, functions as a way for participants to see how they compare to their peers in the area of customer satisfaction.

Surveys are sent to a sampling of a company’s customers to determine their level of satisfaction in several categories. Responses and ratings are then calculated by an independent tabulator and the companies competing in each category are ranked accordingly.

“We are committed to providing the highest quality solder pastes and service in the industry, and we are very pleased that our ability to do so on a consistent basis is recognized by our customers,” according to Nordson EFD president Jeff Pembroke.
