The National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI) held a seminar on Staffing Solutions for the Restaurant Industry with Kaam.com yesterday. Established in the year 1982,

NRAI is the voice of the Indian Restaurant Industry that has successfully provided opportunities to educate various hospitality chains on the avenues of technology, marketing,

operations and more by keeping up with the trends.

Rachel Goenka, Founder and CEO of The Chocolate Spoon Company and Co-Chapter Head of NRAI Mumbai Chapter and Riyaaz Amlani, CEO and MD of Impresario Hospitality Ltd.

The seminar commenced with Rachel Goenka sharing details on what one can expect from the 7th Town Hall by NRAI and Kaam.com.

Rishi Khiani presented a detailed study on how 80% of the hospitality industry is migratory and post-pandemic the return of workers has been slow progress. He stated that Kaam.com aims to resolve this and provide the hospitality industry with faster onboarding and recruiting from the pool of new talent. He also spoke about the upcoming app and gave the audience an exclusive sneak peek into the soon-to-be-launched application which will be available for ios and android and benefit the job applicants on a massive scale with its advanced technology built application.
