Oberoi Realty, India’s leading real estate development company, has bagged two  prestigious awards at both domestic & international platforms: ‘Best  Upcoming Luxury Residential Project in Mumbai’ at the Brands   Academy SAARC & ASEAN Real Estate Awards 2012 and the City  (Mumbai) level award for Oberoi Splendor at the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate  Awards 2012 under Residential – Mid segment category

The  awards were given for the company’s residential developments, Oberoi Exquisite  and Oberoi Splendor, at Oberoi Garden City, Goregaon and Jogeshwari VikhroliLink Road, Andheri East respectively.
