Office Gallery International Partners with Vi-Leon on Office Design Projects

    Published on September 17, 2021

NORWOOD and BEVERLY: Office Gallery International (http://officegallery.net), a Norwood, MA-based leading provider of office furniture and design services for the business community since 1989, recently partnered with Vi-Leon on their office design and furniture needs for their new Beverly space.

Vi-Leon (https://vi-leon.com) is a national, independent consulting firm that puts its understanding of big data analytics, data science, and cloud computing expertise to work for its clients.  With one of the largest specialized networks of independent public cloud and security consultants in the country, they can provide staff augmentation solutions to help turn data into knowledge.  Specialties include Cloud Migrations, Infrastructure, Advanced Data Analytics, Enterprise Automation, Cloud Security, and Machine Learning & AI.

After relocating their company to Beverly and signing a lease on 4,500 square feet within an office complex, Arthur Billotti, and Adam Golding, managing partners, did their research to find the best company to partner with for their new office design.  While interviewing the Office Gallery team, it was clear they stood out among the rest.  Molly Robertson, project designer for Office Gallery, is leading the design effort.

Office Gallery and Vi-Leon have already worked together on two phases of design, which have included the main floor, bullpen, break-out room, and conference room.  The bullpen features 15 natural wood workstations with brushed nickel legs, and royal blue dividers with lime green accent chairs, which tie in nicely with Vi-Leon’s overall branding.  The nearby reception desk is noticeable in a white chocolate color that complements the rest of the space.   Vi-Leon’s conference room features a sophisticated, executive style espresso-finish veneer conference table with black leather chairs and six Quartet glass whiteboards.

Plans for a third phase are already in the works – two personal offices and a second conference room will be designed and furnished, and lockers will be added for employees to store their personal belongings.

“We loved the ability to customize all of the different options Molly presented to us to really make it our own,” said Billotti.  “We’re also looking for scalability, and she took the time to understand that, taking our ideas and turning them into a beautiful inspiring space in which our growing company can thrive.”

“We were honored to help Vi-Leon define this new space for their growing company, and truly enjoyed designing all of their office’s various aspects while making sure it fit with the culture they’ve worked so hard to establish,” added Hilary Troia, president of Office Gallery.  “We look forward to continuing to work with them as they continue to grow!”
