OGmTech2014, which will be held alongside OSEA2014, will showcase the latest game-changing manufacturing technologies and solutions that can bring higher efficiency, reduced cost, and improved operational and service standards to the Oil & Gas industry.

Exhibitor highlights

•       Faro – a global technology company that develops and markets computer-aided coordinate measurement devices and software. FARO’s portable devices allow high-precision 3D measurement and comparison of parts and compound structures within production and quality assurance processes, and are used for inspecting components and assemblies, production planning, inventory documentation, as well as the investigation and reconstruction of accident sites or crime scenes. The devices can also be used to generate digital scans of historic sites. FARO will be showcasing its Laser Scanner and Laser Tracker at the exhibition.

•       Mitutoyo Asia Pacific – offers a comprehensive range of equipment such as Coordinate Measuring Machines, Vision Measuring Systems, Form and Optical Measuring Machines, Testing Equipment, Sensor Systems, Digital Scale and DRO Systems, Micrometers, Calipers, Indicators, Calibration and Repair Services. It will be introducing its latest CRYSTA-Apex CNC CMM and Surface Roughness Tester CNC measuring solutions at OgmTech2014. The CNC CMM CRYSTA-Apex Series is built using lightweight materials and an innovative moving-bridge type machine structure that provides high motion stability for increased scanning speed and greater accuracy. The CNC Surface Roughness Tester allows CNC measurement of surface roughness with contour measurement with a range from 200mm to 500mm. It provides an accuracy of 0.5mm/200mm with a maximum drive speed of 200mm/sec. Multiple-profile/multiple-work piece measurement is also possible with this machine.
