  • St. Louis, Mo:  Operation Food Search (OFS), a non-profit hunger relief organization, will host its holiday Rap ‘N Pack on Thurs., Nov. 21.  The event will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at OFS’ headquarters located at 1644 Lotsie Blvd.  The cost is $10 in advance and $12 at the door.

Participants ages 21 years of age and older will sort winter coats collected through the annual Warners’ Warm Up drive.  These coats will help keep thousands warm in the St. Louis area.  Volunteers will enjoy upbeat music, appetizers, and adult beverages.

Founded in 1981, Operation Food Search (OFS) is a hunger relief organization that provides food and nutrition education.  With a strategic focus aimed at ending childhood hunger, OFS empowers families with a range of programs and services proven to reduce food insecurity and increase access to healthy and affordable food.  The agency helps feed more than 200,000 individuals on a monthly basis – one-third of which are children – through a network of 330 community partners in 31 Missouri and Illinois counties.
