At the 65th Board of Governors meeting of Heritage Institute of Technology, Padma Shri P.R.Agarwala, Chairman, Heritage Institute of Technology, Founding Trustee, Kalyan Bharti Trust and Chairman, Rupa Group felicitated the young achievers of the Institute. Among the achievers was Ms. Nikita Maity, Second year Electrical Engineering Student,  NCC Cadet who was selected for the Republic Day Parade at New Delhi on 26th January 2022. She was one of the 23 girl students who were selected from the State of West Bengal. The achievers also included Ms. Archi Chomal and Ms. Amisha Jodhani,  Final Year students of Computer Science & Engineering who were selected for Google for the positions of Software Engineer and  Mr. Sumit Agarwal, an Alumnus of 2010 batch of Computer Science and Engineering, Ex – TCS, In-charge of  SAP  ERP and E-commerce Head with LUX Industries. Currently Sumit is also the Director at Sanwara Fashions looking after Brand Development, Online Presence, Web Development, Advertisement Strategy and Strategic Consulting.

The members of the Board of Governors also felicitated Shri P.R.Agarwala officially for being conferred the Padma Shri Award 2022 in the field of Trade & Industry.
