Paras Gundecha has recently been appointed as a President, of MCHI (Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry). Having earned his success in variety of arenas stretching from construction to education to hospitality and hospitals, he brings to the Chamber, years of experience, that is bound to yield plentiful for the industry.

Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry (MCHI), formed in 1982, and is the most prominent and the only recognized body of Real Estate Developers in Mumbai and MMR. MCHI brings together members dealing in Real Estate Development on one common platform to address various issues facing the Industry.

Mr. Paras D. Gundecha is Chairman for the Gundecha Group of Companies.

He was chairman of a FIVE STAR Hotel in Juhu Mumbai for over 20 years. Now they are coming up with the chain of Five Star Hotels in Tire II cities of India.

Mr. Paras D. Gundecha was awarded the Best Developer of Maharashtra by former Maharashtra chief minister Ashok Chavan at the Udaan Awards 2009, by Navbharat times.

Gundecha Gardens, a property at Lal Baug, Mumbai was also recently awarded Best Project of the year by Accommodation Times.

M.C.G.M ‘s Garden Department awarded the project, Valley of Flowers at Kandivali East as the Best developed & maintained garden.
