BRAINTREE, MELROSE, EVERETT: Peabody Properties, a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, announces that Lisa Carinelli of Everett, Massachusetts, has received Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) designation through the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).

As such, Carinelli, the Property Manager at Congregational Retirement Homes, Inc./The Levi Gould Building, has successfully completed the comprehensive program for affordable housing property management staff.

A resident of Everett, Massachusetts, Carinelli joined Peabody Properties in November of 2018.
