Mumbai : Mumbai based Perfect Infraengineers Limited which is a significant player in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning)/MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) turnkey projects and renting of air condition systems besides Annual Maintenance Contacts (AMCs) has raised Rs.576.84 lacs through an IPO made on SME platform of country’s premier exchange, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. i.e. NSE – EMERGE.  The IPO of the company received overwhelming response from Domestic Ventures Funds, Banks & Mutual Fund besides other categories of investors i.e. HNI & Retail.  The fixed price IPO opened on 30/10/2015 & closed on 04/11/2015.  The IPO was at a fixed price of Rs.23/- per share.  The proceeds of the IPO would be utilized towards working capital & investment in subsidiary.  The issue is lead managed by Keynote Corporate Services Ltd. & SIDBI, the principal financial institution established for development of industry in the SME sector, who were also underwriters to the issue.
