With occupancies stemming from road trips to nearby locations, the rise in demand has been steep as in today’s scenario, travellers are seeking a fulfilling destination experience with utmost safety protocols, backed by the promise of ITC Hotels ‘WeAssure’ programme. 

Towards this, all ITC hotels have now been equipped with PHI (Photohydroionization) Technology in the public areas:  lobby, restaurants, banquets, meeting rooms – which continuously deactivates SARS-Cov-2 virus. 

This is a great step towards staying safe and a step up towards improving the sanitisation facilities and will ensure guests have worry free stays and celebrations as they bring in the Christmas festivity and New year celebrations.

At ITC Grand Central we ensure that the public areas of our hotel mainly the lobby, elevators, restaurants and all high touch points are disinfected every three hours in a day and exclusive hospital grade chemicals are used for misting purposes. 

Apart from that, the guest area bathrooms and all washrooms are sanitised through ozonators in the bathrooms. 

And mainly all high touch points are frequently sanitised before any guest visits us or after a guest departs. And such safety protocols will be more stringent throughout and during the X’mas and New Year Celebrations.
