Promising more features and an easier experience while browsing, a new-look website of Press Information Bureau (PIB) was launched in New Delhi on Friday.

The website pib.nic.in, launched by Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhury Mohan Jatua, has webcasts, an option to subscribe to government press releases and photo gallery.

The homepage is trilingual with contents in English, Hindi and Urdu for helping the regional press.

In the future, the website will have more video content, including success stories from the field, which can be downloaded and used by TV channels.

The newly-designed website also has sections on features and press releases besides links to its regional centres.
