  • Pitney Bowes Business Insight Launches Leading Location Intelligence Solution

    Uttar Pradesh: Pitney Bowes Business Insight, the software division of US-based Pitney Bowes Inc. (NYSE: PBI), a global technology company recognized as leader in innovation, has launched MapInfo Professional v10.5, the latest version from among the myriad applications for business and mapping analysis that helps organizations make informed decisions through its world-class location-based data intelligence application. MapInfo Professional v10.5 was released at India’s first user conference held recently in New Delhi, Insights India 2010, attended by more than 150 delegates across the Indian technology industry.

    MapInfo Professional v10.5 provides comprehensive location Intelligence capabilities to its customers and facilitates base map creation and editing, visualisation and analysis, and output and sharing in all forms. MapInfo Professional v10.5 also includes integration with Bing Maps and increased support for key industry standards such as the OGC Catalogue Services Web interface, streamlining access to data residing in the cloud and additional publishing features.
