  • St. Louis, Mo.: Psychological Associates, a consulting company that applies behavioral science to business performance, recently announced the creation of its Q4 Community Leadership Grant.  Community organizations and non-profit agencies can apply to attend Psychological Associates’ flagship Leadership Through People Skills (LTPS) workshops, which is geared toward developing real-world leadership skills for immediate impact.

Two seats will be donated per month to selected organizations that can demonstrate how leadership development supports their mission, as well as describe how the skills gained at the LTPS workshop will be implemented for the betterment of the community they serve.

LTPS is a three-day intensive workshop that mixes discussion and role playing to show participants how behavioral styles can hinder or lead to success.  The program focuses on the company’s exclusive Q4 Dimensional Model of Behavior – an easy-to-follow structure that categorizes behavior into logical groupings – which is known in the industry for inspiring high-performance behavior and attaining comprehensive results.

“We have dedicated more than 60 years of helping others learn how to become better communicators,” said Psychological Associates’ president Clay Hildebrand.  “This grant will assist two local nonprofit individuals in becoming the best leaders possible so they can more effectively connect with the communities they serve.”
