Hyderabad : The Pandit Motiram Pandit Maniram Sangeet Samaroha – the annual Indian classical music festival enters its 40th year. The three-day festival to commence on November 29, 2012 at the CCRT grounds (Centre for Culture Resources and Training), Hyderabad.
This year the performances include: Sangeet Martand Pandit Jasraj, Padma Vibhushan Ustad Amjad Ali Khan, Padma Shree Pandit Anup Jalota, Shrinivas Joshi (son and disciple of Bharat Ratna – Pt Bhimsen Joshi), Ankita Joshi (Disciple of Padma Vibhushan Pandit Jasraj) and Krishna Bongane (Disciple of Padma Shree Ustad Rashid Khan), Ranjit Rajwada (Ghazal).
The legendary classical vocalist Pandit Jasraj began this Festival in the memory of his father and brother, both Classical Vocalist greats. Some of the finest exponents of Indian Classical music perform at the festival on the invitation of Pandit Jasraj, and he himself always performs on the 30th of November every year, his father’s death anniversary.

Vocal Recital will be held by Srinivas Joshi (Son and Disciple of Pandit Bhimsen Joshi) and Sarod Recital by Padma Vibhushan Ustad Amjad Ali Khan on Thursday November 29. Jasrangi Jugalbandi by Ankita Joshi (Disciple of Padma Vibhushan Pandit Jasraj) and Krishna Bongane (Disciple of Padma Shree Ustad Rashid Khan) and Vocal Recital by Sangeet Martand Pandit Jasraj will be held on Friday. On last day on Saturday, Ghazal by Ranjit Rajwada (The Acclaimed singer from Idea Jalsa and Zee SaReGaMaPa) and Bhajan Recital by Pandit Anup Jalota will be held
