New Delhi: Pling, a vibrant luxe-lounge bar at Pullman,Aerocity celebrated World Gin Day in collaboration with Santanu Chanda, a famed mixologist from Home Delhi that is a part of Asia’s top 50 bars and top10 bars in India.

Home Coming Night, an interactive mixology session with curated cocktails that brings you a night of ima-gin-nation and boundless celebration. The magnificent cocktail mixtures were created using SIP-ME-UP and LAVENDER DELIGHT by Santanu that astonished the audience whereas Pranav Veer Chopra who is a bar associate at Pullman Aerocity created extraordinary yet delicious gin-based cocktails that delighted the guests’ taste buds.

The event was in association with Roku Gin where the night saw 4 gin-tastic cocktails being offered to the guests. One of the most celebrated cocktails involved Phalsa Rhapsody which stands for wild blueberry and poetry, tastes exactly like its name. The enchanting amalgamation was created with 60 mL of gin, 60 mL of Phalsa nectar, 2 or 3 slices of fresh ginger, 4 or 5 mint leaves, and a sprinkle of black salt accompanied with a shake hand method.
