  • QNAP Releases Two Case Studies Showcasing Digital Imaging Studio and Small Business Application of Products

    Published on February 18, 2012

New Delhi : QNAP® Systems, Inc. today released two case studies on its official website, demonstrating how a digital imaging studio and small business have used QNAP Turbo NAS to make their business operation more efficient. In the past few years, QNAP has been devoted to designing new systems and firmware that are efficient and easy for individual users and small businesses. “The two case studies should provide great references for those who plan to adopt a NAS solution to improve their work efficiency,” said Edward Lin, director of marketing of QNAP.

Drew Gardner Photography Limited is a photography and video company founded in the UK. The owner, Drew Gardner, deployed the QNAP Turbo NAS TS-859 Pro to assure the safety of his multimedia files against loss due to hardware failure. The expandable storage also allowed him the capacity to edit video files on a larger scale.

The other case study comes from Dave Helfrey, who runs FrightTown, a major haunted house attraction in North America. Dave Helfrey invested in the QNAP Turbo TS-239 Pro ll+ to store his files and access them remotely from any offsite location. Another benefit of the TS-239 Pro ll+ for Dave was its large storage capacity, which Dave uses to store the surveillance footage recorded by his attraction’s many security cameras.
