  • QNET’s 2022 V-Convention Highlights Success and New Products. Plus, Education Enforces the Direct Selling Company’s Anti-Scam Message

    Published on April 22, 2022

QNET’s V-Convention Connect 2022 took place over three days, March 27-29, and was translated live into 13 languages. Through the event, distributors from around the world were able to connect and celebrate the successes of enthusiastic entrepreneurs while learning more about the direct selling industry to understand why QNET isn’t a financial scam or pyramid scheme.

The event happens twice a year, and in the past, it’s been held in locations like Dubai and Malaysia. However, the direct selling company pivoted to a virtual platform in 2020 and 2021 due to the social gathering restrictions caused by the global COVID-19 pandemic. Virtual or in person, it’s an entertaining and informative showcase of the past and future of the business.

According to a spokesperson for the company, headquartered in Hong Kong, during the convention, “Sessions and discussions can range from things like advice on business, creating a sustainable business, and empowering local communities to be future-ready. It is also a platform to learn about new products that QNET India is launching as well as sponsorships. You can also listen to advice from the founders of the company as well as people who have made it big in the business. It is also an opportunity for QNET entrepreneurs to interact with fellow distributors on the virtual platform.”

QNET Uses Training and Education to Combat False Scam Claims

Educating direct sellers is the most effective way to combat the scam and scheme rumors that have unfairly troubled the company for years. “At QNET, we pride ourselves on our comprehensive training system,” says the company’s first female CEO, Malou Caluza. “We use the comprehensive 360-degree approach to education in order to empower aspiring entrepreneurs to become professional CEOs of their business. It is not for someone that wants overnight success. This is evident in the success stories we share [at the V-Convention]. All of the top leaders that our network looks up to today started with nothing and built their business slowly.”

According to Caluza, “We also have a robust system of collecting feedback from our independent representative community. This is evident in our ever-growing list of topics. In addition, through our sister organization, the V, we engage with our independent representatives regularly to understand their needs and tweak or change our training based on the evolving demographic of independent representatives.”

People and Products Dedicated to Bettering the World, Not Scamming It

According to a company spokesperson, “QNET has always had sustainability as part of its DNA. We have introduced reusable packaging materials, recycled materials, and the best part, this ink is eco-friendly ink. Our target is to achieve 100% success in our sustainability goals by 2025.”

Caluza appeared at the convention to discuss the 4P’s of the company – people, platforms, products, and plan, and how each of those pillars is a top priority for the direct selling company. She also reiterated the promise made by the company’s founders in 1998. According to Caluza, founders Vijay Eswaran and Joseph Bismark, “envisioned a company that was not just about making a profit, but one that would make a difference in the world.”

She continues, “One who leads with honesty and integrity and lives the values of RYTHM — Raise Yourself To Help Mankind. These attributes make the distributor a successful CEO in their own right. If the aim of the company was to be a scam, why would we go to so much trouble to engage with and invest in our independent representatives and our communities?”

    Products and Sponsorships

At the convention, the company announced new sports sponsorships. “This year, we’re proud to announce our continued support to sports that most reflect our foundational values. Our growing sports sponsorships portfolio now includes Galatasaray Women’s Volleyball Club from Turkey, cementing our promise of empowering women through sports,” explains the spokesperson.

It also debuted high-quality new products, including Physio Radiance Expert skin care line, which features Instant Youth For Eyes and Instant Youth For Face. “QNET also teased a new jewelry collection and new Bernhard H. Mayer timepieces coming very soon,” notes the spokesperson. 2022 is already off to a great start for the premiere direct selling company.
