Ma Ka Pa along with a stellar group of Rappers won the hearts of Chennaites

Chennai : After a hiatus of more than a decade and a half, Yogi B & Natchatra enthralled Chennai city for Republic Day at the Phoenix Marketcity. Fans in large numbers were cheering aloud for the Godfather of Tamil hip-hop all through the evening, lifting their patriotic spirits to the max, as the trio Yogi B, Dr Burn and Emcee Jesz rapped to several of their hit songs. 

Renowned TV host Ma Ka Pa Anand engaged the fans at Chennai’s premium mall Phoenix Marketcity with his trademark humour making the night extra memorable. Other supporting acts by renowned rappers MC Sanna of Area Gang, Madurai Soldiers, Devoid, Vozhi and Jack Styles who offered some electrifying performances were cheered and applauded in loud decibels.

The audience were completely gung-ho post the entry of Yogi B on stage, as the rocking start brought back old memories of classical hits with a hip-hop twist, along with other celebrated songs from notable albums. The evening was a star-studded celebration and a true musical extravaganza, as the entire hip-hop fraternity recreated a delightful evening with their stunning display of talents and truly uplifting the patriotic feeling of Chennai folks several notches high.
