  • Reliance AIMS organises film appreciation festival in Pune

    Pune : Reliance AIMS, India’s leading Animation and media infotainment school today organized an exciting film appreciation festival for the students. The festival included an informative seminar on ‘Understanding Art of Vaibhav KumareshAnimation Production’ coupled by a visual treat with the free screening of the movie- White House Down

    The entire session turned out to be a boon for those wishing to get an insight into the technicalities and modalities required for producing an animation film. It was especially beneficial for students who wished to pursue a course in animation as they got first hand experience, thereby facilitating them to make an informed choice.

    Popular animation movies were taken as reference points to enlighten the audience about the nuances of animation/vfx filmmaking. At the end of the day, the organizers of this seminar were largely successful in driving home the fact that a career in animation/animation production will be a fruitful option.

    ‘Understanding Art of Animation Production’ was open to youngsters in the age group of 17 to 21 years especially those who had a penchant to make a foray into this field. The eclectic crowd got an opportunity to interact and learn from the who’s who of the industry that included Mr. Vaibhav Kumaresh, Founder-Director, Vaibhav Studios. By envisioning the exciting world of animation, most of the students attending the event expressed their desire to pursue it as a profession.
