New Delhi : To further the cause of New Age Brokerage in India and bring in greater professionalization of Real Estate Brokers, RE/MAX India has organized India’s first Business Meet for Brokers – The Great Indian Property Show at the 1st ever real estate convention for new age brokers called RE/MAX Realty Rendezvous, a 14 day series from Nov 29th to Dec 12th, where RE/MAX is bringing about 1000 new age brokers on a common forum by reorganizing various relevant events which includes India’s first CSR initiative from Brokers, India’s first Developer to Broker Property Exhibition & Summit, India’s first awards show for Brokers and India’s first Real Estate Education Convention.

The Great India Property Show marks the Indian visit of one of the most powerful people in Real Estate Brokerage – Mr Dave Liniger. Mr Liniger is the co-founder and global chairman of RE/MAX – World’s largest Real Estate Franchise, he has been instrumental in organizing the US Real Estate Brokerage market by incentivizing the Branded Agent model in Real Estate Brokerage and also by bringing many new profiles particularly women in the business of real estate. Dave’s visit is being seen as a sign of the unforeseen opportunities that Indian Real Estate market has to offer in the next 10 years.
