Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel, one of the finest lifestyle hotels in Bengaluru celebrated its annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony in the beginning of December. The countdown to the lighting of the trees is something everyone looks forward to each year. This time around the hotel celebrated it a bit differently by inviting the academic and administrative heads of prestigious hospitality education institutes in the city.  The ceremony also saw participation from the in-house guests and hotel associates, who took part in the proceedings to celebrate the spirit of goodwill.

The evening kicked off with Tejas Jose, the General Manager of the hotel welcoming the guests to meet and greet. The highlight of the Tree Lighting ceremony was aimed at bringing together the experts from the Hospitality institutions such as IHM Bangalore, Christ University, IIHM Bangalore, Army College of Hotel Management among others to share insights about the hotel business, current situation and its positive outlook in the coming years. This unique initiative of the hotel is a stepping stone for the budding youngsters who aspire to build a successful career in the hotel business.
