    Unsung Recipes of India

    With an aim to revive India’s rich cultural heritage, Roseate Hotels & Resorts will unveil ‘Unsung recipes of India’ menu starting August 17 through August 30. Guests can head to Kiyan – the all-day global dining restaurant at The Roseate, New Delhi and DEL – the all-day dining bistro at Roseate House, New Delhi for an experience of ‘Unsung recipes’ from various parts of India.

    The two-week culinary celebration endeavours to unveil a treasure trove of delicacies that have been hidden away from the league of mainstream fine dining, nevertheless have the potential to become favourites. Each dish featured on the menu unveils a timeless story as well as flavours that will linger with diners long after the meal experience. The menu features a selection of gastronomical delights in non-vegetarian as well as vegetarian options such as Atta Chicken (Kot Kapura, Punjab), Railway Mutton Curry (Colonial India), Multani Paneer (Multan, Undivided Punjab), Ranjitshahi Paneer (Punjab), Bhooni makai ki Raab (Rajasthan), Sepu badi (Himachal Pradesh), Mash ki Dal (Hyderabad) and much more.

    Independence Day Thali

    Keeping up with the spirit of patriotism, Kiyan at The Roseate, New Delhi and DEL at Roseate House, New Delhi will offer guests a special Independence Day Thali. On offer on August 15 for lunch and dinner the signature Independence Day Thali will offer the guests a chance to indulge their taste buds exclusively at INR 2500 plus taxes. The signature thali specially curated by Chef Simran Singh Thapar will feature delicacies such as Murgh Makhini, Saag Meat, Paneer Butter Masala, Palak Makai Khumb as well as assorted tricoloured desserts.

    Independence Day Stay Packages

    For those looking to celebrate the occasion with friends and family can avail special Independence Day stay packages by Roseate Hotels & Resorts. The stay packages will offer guests a range of exciting opportunities to curate experiences to help relax and unwind from August 14 to 15.

    The first from the series of stay offers features a tailor-made package that includes one-night stay, complimentary breakfast for two, 20% discount on spa services and food and beverage, complimentary cooking master class in the evening, virtual reality session and a movie experience at Upstage. The offer can be availed for a premium garden view room at The Roseate, New Delhi for INR 14,999 (plus taxes) per night and for a Deluxe Room at Roseate House, New Delhi INR 9,999 (all inclusive) per night. Guests at Roseate House, New Delhi can upgrade the package and include stay for their child at a nominal charge of INR 1500.

    The package at The Roseate New, Delhi can be further enhanced to include complementary dinner at Kiyan and late check out of 1400 hours at an additional INR 5000 and complementary dinner for 2 at Kiyan, 60 minutes spa treatment for two and late check out till 1430 hours at INR 7000 respectively.

    Guests opting for Roseate House, New Delhi can customize their stay package by including complementary dinner at DEL at an additional INR 3000 and dinner for 2 at DEL and 60 minutes spa treatment for two at INR 7000 respectively.
