New Delhi:  Saga Music, a rapidly-growing music distribution company expanding its footprint in Bollywood, today announced acquisition of music rights for director Anwer Khan’s Hindi comedy movie ‘4 2 ka 1’. The movie, produced by Bhumii Creations, will feature Jimmy Shergill, model-turned-actor Nikita Anand, Rajpal Yadav and Murali Sharma in lead roles.

The music of 4 2 ka 1 has has been directed by music directors JD, Rajan and Abhishek Majumdar.  A-list playback singers from Bollywood including Sunidhi Chauhan, Kailash Kher, Kunal Ganjewala, Mika Singh, Javed Ali, Shilpa Rao, and Krishna have rendered their voice to the album. Composed by lyricists Anwer Khan, Parvez, Upadhyay, and Kumar, the soundtrack of 4 2 ka 1 comprises six songs with varied themes including Om Jai Jagdish, Sundri, Ishq Di Battiyan, Bhang Ke Nashe, Kitno ka dil and Give Me a Call.

Unisys Infosolutions holds the digital distribution rights for making the audio and video content available on popular entertainment portals and mobile devices. The music launch of the movie is scheduled for first week of January in 2012 and the movie release is slated on Friday, February 3, 2012.

Saga Music also owns music rights of a number of other Hindi movies including Allah Ke Banday, Tera Kya Hoga Johny, Bhindi Bazaar, West is West, Khap, Chala Mussadi Office Office and Stand By amongst others. In addition to Bollywood, the company has released the music of over 15 Tamil movies including the mega blockbuster Poonar Shankar and of almost 100 Punjabi singers including Harbhajan Maan, Hans Raj Hans, Salim, and Gurdaas Maan.
