    Signify recognized as one of India’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women, 2021 by Great Place to Work Institute

    Signify (Euronext: LIGHT), the world leader in lighting, has been recognized by Great Place to Work® Institute as one of India’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women in 2021, in the large companies’ category.

    Signify is the world leader in lighting for professionals and consumers and lighting for the Internet of Things. Its Philips products, Interact connected lighting systems and data-enabled services, deliver business value and transform life in homes, buildings and public spaces.

    From the 712 organizations that participated this year, 512 organizations met the eligibility criteria of women employees constituting at least 10 per cent of their workforce and women employees sharing at least 70 per cent positive feedback on the Trust Index. The qualifying organizations were then evaluated basis gender parity in experience and representation across levels to arrive at this prestigious list of India’s 100 Best Workplaces for Women 2021.
