The Sovereign Gold Bond Scheme 2018-19 (Series 6) will be opened from Monday.

It will continue till Friday. The issue price of the Bond during this subion period will be three thousand three hundred twenty-six rupees per gram with the settlement date of 1st of February.

Finance Ministry in a release said, the Centre in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India has decided to allow discount of 50 rupees per gram from the issue price to those investors who apply online and make the payment through digital mode.

The Ministry said, for such investors, the issue price of Gold Bond will be three thousand two hundred seventy-six rupees per gram of gold.
