To strengthen the bonding with company’s project residents, the Chairman of the company, Mr. R.K. Arora will address each and every person individually to highlight the facilities, security and maintenance matters of every project. This will be an on-going activity intended to happen every week.

This relationship building exercise will be done on a weekly basis where one project will be taken care of at a time. The objective behind this initiative is to make residents feel secure and safe at company’s projects and build a trustworthy relationship with the end users.

Last week, the Chairman of the company met the residents of Capetown project located in NOIDA, and discussed about various aspects and overall development of the project. In the meeting, he said, “We will focus more on the facilities like cleaning, gardening and other maintenance issues to ensure a safe and healthy living. Also, we will hold a meeting every week with each customer on different housing projects to develop a healthy mutual relationship.”
