Mumbai: TABcab, which is the largest phone fleet taxi service in Mumbai, with its fleet of 2100 on-road cabs, has started taking bookings from 9 railway stations of Mumbai. TABcab is also available for pick-ups, from these 9 railway station’s private parking areas.

Till now all long distance train travelers even after travelling by air conditioned trains had no other option to choose, other than the black and yellow taxis. Because of rains and summer’s hot and humid climate this was a very tiring experience for those travelers. This was a need gap which was required to be filled up from long time, and after researching this need TABcab started this service to provide the train travelers a freedom of choice for a comfortable ride back home by a metered a/c taxi.
