Hyderabad:  Tejesh, a veteran socio-techno-savvy professional in the IT and Green Tech industry, has joined as Chairman of the Board of Spectacle Industries (BSE: 512413 | NSE: SPECTACLE). Tejesh will oversee all strategic and operational aspects of the Spectacle Industries. Red Herring named Spectacle in the 2010 Red Herring 100 lists as a promising startup that will lead the next wave of disruption and innovation.

Tejesh has more than 15 years of multi- industry experience with a special knack for tapping high growth area for his ventures. Before joining Spectacle, he served as Chairman of LGS Global, where he helped drive sales and operational excellence that culminated in 399% growth in short period of time.

Under his leadership, Southern Online Biotechnologies (SBTL) where he is a Founder Director received Entrepreneurial Award for the year 2007 from Frost & Sullivan for its proactive efforts in manufacturing high quality Biodiesel and become the first domestic Biodiesel production unit in India. SBTL also received Innovative Network Award from Bharti Airtel Ltd for its unique network architecture in the area of Internet Services.

Tejesh also founded two successful start-ups in United States of America, where he helped architect and execute the company’s growth plans that led these companies turn 0-18 million dollar enterprises in short span and acquire fortune 500 clients as its customers.

Tejesh received Glory of India Award by His Excellency Shri Bhagwant S Bishnei, Deputy Chief Indian Embassy (Thailand) at the International conference on “Celebrating the Global Indian. He is also the winner of Global Business Leadership award from World Economic Progress Society (WEPS) which was given on a national basis for outstanding contributions by him to the company.
