New Delhi- With the immense success of last year, Ms. Runjuan Tongrut, Director, Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi, organized a  road show , there were variety of products and services, ranging from cultural & entertainment options to  theme parks to health & wellness, from tour operators to airlines and hotels  to up date. It showcased the best of Thailand during Amazing Thailand road show 2014. There was a B2B session held where Indian travel agents got an opportunity to interact with the travel trade from Thailand one-on-one. This was followed by a Thailand products presentation. The evening was conclude with a networking session over cocktails followed by dinner.

The destination presentation was done by Tourism Authority of Thailand, New Delhi, Director- Ms. Runjuan Tongrut updated the agents on new destinations and new trends for Thailand. The destinations further promoted was Ayutthya, Sukhothai , Khao Yai, Rayong,Koh Chang ,Chantaburi, Koh  Samui,  Koh Tao ,Koh Pha Ngan , Krabi, Phuket, HuaHin/Cha-am, Pranburi ,  Kanchanburi , Trang ,Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai among others. The director also gave a brief explanation about the different segments such as Weddings, Celebrations, Golf, Health & Wellness, and Adventure as well as women group. Over 100 Indian weddings have been held in Thailand in the past year and many other celebrations such as birthdays, anniversaries and graduation parties are being held in Thailand. There are many options for Indian weddings in Thailand such as banquet space, floral services, temples and Gurudwaras in Bangkok, Pattaya, Phuket, Koh Samui & Chiang Mai.
